NetComm Limited provides information and learning resources in The Learning Centre as a free service to NetComm customers and other interested persons. The aim is to provide basic technical information about computer networking, the Internet, and certain related subjects; to assist in the interpretation of NetComm User Manuals; and to provide background information and orientation pertaining to the use of network devices such as routers, switches and modems.
In so doing NetComm is not acting as or purporting to be a network design or troubleshooting agency. NetComm Limited is not responsible for any problems experienced by its customers in relation to their use of NetComm products except insofar as such problems are attributable to identifiable manufacturing defects or faults as per NetComm Limited's Warranty Conditions as described on its Website.
Limitations of Technical Support
The role of NetComm's Technical Support staff is to provide technical assistance to owners of NetComm products in regard to (1) interpretation of NetComm user manuals and product documentation (2) assistance with implementation of User Warranty policy, where applicable (3) timely provision of product firmware updates as required; and (4) general assistance in getting the NetComm product up and running.
NetComm's technical support is not responsible for (1) general network troubleshooting (2) provision of general advice on network configuration issues (3) inter-operability of NetComm products with components, switches, routers, software and sundry components from third-party manufacturers.
